To set/change the Membership of multiple active users at once, first select the tickboxes of all users whose Memberships need to be altered. Then click on Actions followed by Change Memberships. Select the appropriate Membership from the dropdown menu, read the warning message and click on Submit.
Users can only be assinged one Membership per workspace. Memberships are defined in the Advanced tab in the Workspace Settings panel. See below for more details.
Deleting Users from the Workspace
To delete users from the workspace, select their corresponding tickboxes, click on Actions and then Delete.
Deleting a user from the user list in the Workspace Settings panel essentially revokes their membership: they still have an account that allows them to sign into Soundmouse, but they can no longer access the workspace they have been deleted from. To return a deleted user to the workspace, they must be invited again.
