Where does the As Run data come from?

The data that appears in the As Run Manager is post-transmission data that is provided by broadcasters.

Can I manually add/edit/delete As Run records?

No. Entries in the As Run log are generated automatically from post-transmission data supplied directly by the broadcaster. If you notice an error in an As Run entry, the error must first be corrected at source and then resupplied to Soundmouse; it cannot be corrected manually on the system.

There are no entries for my selected channel and date range. What went wrong?

If a search returns no data, it is likely that the broadcaster has not yet given those post-transmission files to Soundmouse. Please note that different broadcasters have different policies when it comes to providing post-transmission data: some will provide it much sooner after airing than others.
