Report Status Progression

Note: The progression of statuses for Society reports will depend on several factors, including whether or not the user has elected to sign off on the report prior to delivery or set the report to be delivered automatically.

Processing > Created/Failed	Sign Off & Planned Delivery	Deliver Immediately
	Processing > Created/Failed > Sign Off  > Auto Delivered	Processing > Created/Failed > Delivered
Immediately after creating a Business Analytics report its status will be Processing. After Processing, the status of the report will progress to Created or Failed.	If a users elects to Sign Off on a report then the status will move from Processing to Created/Failed. The report will remain at Created until it is signed off by a permissioned user. Once signed off, the status will change to Auto Delivered on the Planned Delivery Date.	If a Planned Delivery Date was not specified and the user instead selected Deliver Immediately from the dropdown, after the report has been created the report status will be Delivered.
	Once Delivered, the Society can choose to update the report status on their end to Accepted, Partially Accepted or Rejected. At the moment, however, this is not common and most reports will remain in the Delivered status.

Can I delete old reports?

Reports with statuses of Delivered/Auto-Delivered or Processing cannot be deleted; all other statuses can be.
